We're proud to welcome Bill Buirch, PMP to the FRA Global Foundation Symposium 2026 as a featured speaker. Bill is a Principal Project Manager for Fire Protection at Pepco Holdings, an Exelon company — one of the largest regulated electric utilities in the United States. His career spans the full spectrum of fire protection and emergency response, from the ground up. Before Pepco, Bill served as Director at Jensen Hughes, leading utility and industrial emergency response and fire protection services. Prior to that, he worked his way through the ranks at PSEG Nuclear — starting as a Firefighter and EMT before advancing into fire protection operations and risk assessment roles. Few speakers bring that combination of hands-on field experience, utility-scale project management, and deep knowledge of fire protection in critical energy infrastructure.
