Colliers reorganizes #Berlin management team. With Alexander Kropf and Clemens von Arnim, #Colliers is filling key positions at its Berlin office. #Colliers has reorganized its #management team at its Berlin office. Alexander Kropf will assume the position of #RegionalManager Berlin starting in September 2025. At the same time, Clemens von Arnim will succeed Ulf Buhlemann as Head of Capital Markets, who will lead Colliers' non-transactional business nationally starting in 2026. Both new hires come from Cushman & Wakefield. Kropf most recently served as International Partner and Head of Capital Markets Germany. Previously, he held positions at CBRE and JLL, among others. In his new role at Colliers, he is responsible for all business activities in the capital region across all locations and will be tasked with further expanding the company's market position. https://lnkd.in/eajC6Tz3
