We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely good at that. What the role really is: → Find and qualify the right opportunities on Upwork → Write proposals that win. Positioned, specific, persuasive → Manage the profile and bidding strategy like an asset → Convert international clients and build long-term accounts You’d be a strong fit if you have: → A real track record winning work on Upwork → Sharp written communication — you can sell in writing → Experience with international clients → A genuine understanding of AI and software, enough to pitch it credibly On what you earn: on top of your base, a flat 10% commission on every project under $5K you close high-ticket deals carry a custom commission discussed in the interview.
