⚽ Some traditions are too good not to keep. At our recent leadership offsite, the Finmo Premier League (FPL) returned for another year of fierce competition, questionable refereeing decisions, and plenty of bragging rights 🏆. What started as a football match has become an annual Finmo ritual, bringing teams together beyond meetings, Slack messages, and spreadsheets. Because great teamwork isn’t built only in the office, it’s built through shared experiences, healthy competition, and moments that remind us to have fun along the way.
