Santa comes back from ChangeNOW 2026 with that very specific feeling: slightly emptied out, and at the same time fully awake. So many encounters in such a short time, and still very little randomness. Conversations that did not need warming up. You step in and are immediately inside the real questions. With people you already know. With people you just met and where it is instantly clear you will meet again. Anna had a strong sense of who Santa should absolutely meet. Amelie Holstein, Mirjam Gawellek, Christoph Herzog – what a pleasure. What shaped the experience even more were the formats we created around it. One Wine & Impact quickly turned into two. The space simply filled up, conversations kept unfolding, no one felt like leaving early. And then there was our Kaffeeklatsch today at 10 a.m. in the lovely Yog&Matcha cafe of Oumkeltoum in the 6eme arrondissement. Santa was particularly inspired by a panel with Joshua Haynes from Masawa. Mental health as a KPI. Mental health as a foundation for decision quality, for risk assessment and for staying capable under pressure. This connects directly to the core of what we build at FindingSustainia: Coherence The alignment between ambition, action, and actual impact. And Burn Bright, Not Out as a practice of leading energy instead of draining it. When this perspective is voiced from within investment logic, it feels like things are moving forward. We loved every bit of it. See you again next year.
