This is Ava. She isn’t a medical professional, but she’s becoming an expert in navigating the system. Look at her dashboard in the second slide. You’ll see “7 facilities viewed recently.” That’s seven times she needed to know where to go, what services were available, or if the doors were actually open. In healthcare, that search history is usually just a trail of stress. On HospitoFind, we’re turning it into a contribution. Right now, Ava is a “Beginner.” She has 0 verified records. But as she uses the platform to find places like Thomson Medical Centre (slide one), she’s helping us build a map that actually works. The Goal: Move from "I hope they can help me" to "I know they can." The Method: Every time a user saves a location, checks a "Verified" badge, or uses the "Match Me" tool, the system gets smarter for the next person in a crisis. We built this dashboard because transparency shouldn't be a hidden backend feature. It should be something you can see, track, and trust. Helping the next person find care starts with making sure the information we have today is right. Join Ava and the rest of us.
