Last week our wonderful Early Years Practitioners attended the Early Years Excellence Conference hosted by the Eastern Education Group. They were fortunate to hear from a range of inspiring speakers, including Hazel Williams, who shared insights on supporting positive behaviour through a SEMH-informed perspective; Laura Poore, who explored engaging young learners and sustainability in action; Emily Reddick from the Wildlife Trust, who highlighted exciting opportunities for learning beyond the classroom; and Kelly Humphrey from The Willows Child Development Alternative Provision. They had a wonderful morning listening, networking and chatting with other early years professionals. The conference provided plenty of food for thought and has given them lots of inspiration and ideas to take back to our practice. Thank you to Eastern Education Group for organising such an informative and engaging event. #easterneducationgroup #earlyyearstraining #earlyyearssetting
