Finborough’s Class of 2025 Sets New Standards in Excellence with Exceptional Performance Across Academic and Technical Pathways. Character driven hard work and dedication have paid off for Year 13 students with an impressive set of exam results. At A-level, the school saw an 8% increase on grades A*-C  compared to 2024’s results. The breadth of curriculum supporting bespoke pathways has been strongly affirmed with a 36% increase versus last year for those receiving Merit and Distinction grades in Technical awards, which includes Digital Media, Performing Arts, Personal Training and Sports Coaching.  Academic departments also enjoyed highly impressive results, with 80% of students achieving A*-C in English Literature and 100% in computer science.  The school has seen significant increases in the number of students achieving higher grades than previous years, most significantly against 2024, A*-C grades have increased in a number of subjects, such as +40% in Biology, +13% in Business Studies, +32% in Chemistry, +31% in Economics, +30% in Geography, +13% in Maths and +15% in Psychology.   The majority of students receiving results today have enjoyed their Preparatory, Senior and Sixth Form education at Finborough.  The school is proud of the brilliant adults who have emerged with characters that will drive their success as the exciting next chapter of their lives begins.  To see confident and commanding young adults, who have grown from little children, now ready to take on the world demonstrates how Finborough School can transform and support each and every young person.  Our students have demonstrated the link between consistent hard work and sustained progress securing great results.
