One chapter has come to an end. 🎓 Our Head of the Degree Programme (Industrial Management) asked me what stood out as the most significant part of my studies. My answer was immediate: the people. I genuinely tried to think of something else—perhaps a specific course, project or achievement—but nothing came close. People are the "salt" of life, regardless of the environment or situation. In the end it always comes down to people and the connections we build. In my thesis I thank everyone who has been part of this journey: lecturers, fellow students, colleagues and the many professionals I've had the privilege to meet along the way. Since my thesis is available only in Finnish, I also want to take this opportunity to say: thank you🙏 Every encounter, conversation, and collaboration has been meaningful and I'm truly grateful to everyone who has been part of this chapter. ••••••••• Yksi elämäni luku on saatettu päätökseen: virallinen valmistumispäiväni 30.5.2026. 🎓 Valmistumistani sain juhlistaa 5.6.2026 Metropolian tilaisuudessa. Kiitos Metropolia University of Applied Sciences tilaisuuden järjestämisestä. Erityiskiitos tilaisuuden juontajalle, joka piti poikkeuksellisen viihdyttävän puheen verraten insinööriä Lord of The Ringsin Gandalfiin muiden puheiden ohella. Olin iloinen saadessani tehdä henkilökohtaisen suorituksen ja yhteistyön insinöörityön merkeissä. Tämä kokemus taas alleviivasi itselleni omaa kyvykkyyttäni ottaa uusia haasteita vastaan ja koska tykkään haastaa itseäni: tein projektista laajemman kuin pelkkä insinöörityö. Näin sain koetella omia kognitiivisia rajojani ja haastaa itseäni sekä antaa tälle tutkinnolle arvoisensa päätöksen.
