FIFA Judicial Bodies Plenary takes place ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.   Members from FIFA's judicial system gathered in Miami for two days of dialogue, learning and institutional strengthening. Participants engaged in expert discussions on safeguarding, survivor‑centred and trauma‑informed investigations, and effective responses to discrimination and racist abuse in football.    With contributions from FIFA leadership, confederation representatives and external specialists, the plenary provided a vital forum to exchange experiences, promote consistency in decision‑making and reinforce the independence and credibility of judicial processes.   The programme covered: 🔹 Recent disciplinary & ethics case law 🔹 Enforcement of FIFA decisions 🔹 Safeguarding & trauma-informed investigations 🔹 Responses to discrimination & racist abuse in football   Reflecting on the importance of the plenary, Luis Villas-Boas Pires, Director of Judicial Bodies, said: " The Judicial Bodies Plenary is a cornerstone of our work.
