We’re proud to share a major milestone for our Career & Technical Education (CTE) Work-Based Learning Program. Developed in collaboration with three outstanding school districts in Houston, Texas (Alief ISD, CHANNELVIEW ISD, and Deer Park ISD) this initiative will give 20 local high school students the opportunity to attend our Houston Learning Center beginning in fall 2026 to learn the fundamentals of turbine mechanics. What began as a workforce development vision has grown into an actionable pathway connecting students to hands-on industry training, skilled trades exposure, and future career opportunities in energy and power generation. This effort reflects the power of education, industry, and community working together to build the workforce of tomorrow.
