Deal Announcement 🚀 💥 Following ALUnited’s carve-out from Benteler in 2021, Fidelium has successfully executed a comprehensive transformation program and as part of its long-term strategy, 𝐅𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐮𝐦 has found a new owner to support ALUnited’s next growth phase. We are pleased to announce that 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗟𝗧, a well-known 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 in the automotive industry, is the 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱.
