fibrisTerre is delighted to be a sponsor of Basements and Underground Structures 2026: Engineering Below the Surface, where an immersive experience awaits us. We look forward to meeting you there. https://lnkd.in/eCUE-pQq « If you cannot measure, you cannot improve – Part 2: Calibrating design with real-time data from the Edge London Bridge deep basement.» AKT II, Epsimon, and Mace will describe how data from long-term monitoring of individual piles and the connecting raft compare with predictions, and how this is influencing the foundations of new basements. On the programme are: The basement works at Fifty Fenchurch Street, along with ground investigations at CERN, the Palace of Westminster, Times Square, and ground improvement in Queenstown, NZ. There are information sessions on: - Mapping of urban underground systems - Implications of the Buildings Safety Act - Sharing piling data  The session: “Beneath the surface, beyond the future” will ‘challenge delegates to reimagine the role of subterranean infrastructure in creating resilient, connected, and sustainable cities.’ It’s going to be a busy and enlightening day.
