VACANCY NOTICE: MAINTENANCE REGIONAL MANAGER - KZN/EC When the network goes down, a whole community feels it. fibertime™ is looking for a Maintenance Regional Manager (KZN/EC) to drive disciplined maintenance execution across our township fibre network—keeping customers connected through fast, reliable fault resolution and strong operational control. 🛠️ This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role with regular travel across KZN/EC—working with field teams, contractors, and operational sites. What you’ll own: • Network uptime: reduce downtime, offline ONTs, and degraded lines 📶 • Fault + ticket execution: from creation to closure, with clean updates and real accountability • Contractor performance: turnaround times, quality, safety, and SLA delivery • Preventative + corrective maintenance: planned work that prevents repeat faults • Reporting that leadership can trust: incidents, quantities, trends, risks, and blockers Why fibertime™: You’ll have visible, daily impact—helping township communities access fast, affordable internet by keeping the network reliable.
