VACANCY NOTICE: MAINTENANCE REGIONAL MANAGER - GAUTENG When a township fibre network goes down, it’s not just a “ticket”, it’s families, learners, and small businesses offline. fibertime is looking for a Maintenance Regional Manager (Gauteng) to drive disciplined, hands-on maintenance execution across our operating region. 🛠️ In this on-site role (with regular travel), you’ll own network reliability by leading field teams + contractors and pushing faults to resolution. What you’ll be responsible for: • Protecting uptime: reduce offline ONTs, degraded lines, and recurring faults 📡 • Tight ticket + incident control: accurate updates, clean closures, and reporting you can stand behind • SLA delivery + contractor performance: firm, fair management on turnaround time, quality, and safety • Preventative + corrective maintenance: execution that prevents repeat issues Why this role matters: You’ll have visible, daily impact on keeping township communities connected with fast, affordable fibre.
