420 colleagues. One and a half days. One question: what does it mean to operate in a rewired world? Last week, our teams from across Continental Europe gathered in Scheveningen, The Hague, to do exactly that – step back from the day-to-day, look ahead, and think hard about AI and the human role in a world of transformation. We heard from some sharp external voices: Sylvain Duranton (Global Leader, BCG X), Elke Geraerts (Neuroscientist, author and entrepreneur) and colleagues from our Global Policy Team – as well as guests from our partner firms Drury and LLYC. Different perspectives, one shared conviction: the firms that thrive will be the ones that stay curious, stay connected, and keep evolving. What made this year's Summer Hub stand out wasn't just the programme. It was the energy in the room – teams that don't always work side by side, finding common ground and new ideas together for our clients.
