Many people are wondering who the real master of the remote FIFA football agent exam is. Is it FIFA or IT supplier VICTVS? The line between who answers technical questions and who responds to requests regarding the substance is blurred in terms of deadlines and reporting channels. The Football Agent Exam Rules, in their January 2026 version, do not provide clarity in this regard either. Essentially, they completely dismiss the technical part, which is a major issue for a second year in a row, and focus only on scenarios in which the candidate does not pass the exam by scoring below the relevant pass mark. Candidates have three days to submit a request to this email: [email protected]. But first they have to wait 30 days after the date of the last exam session for the exam results. However, when it comes to all sorts of technical issues, the responsibility lies with the IT provider, VICTVS. You can use their Remote Examination Complaints Submission Form here: https://lnkd.in/dCe3h2gZ. VICTVS will issue a response within twenty working days of receipt of a complete complaint. This means one month. Is this an optimal distribution of tasks between FIFA and the supplier? Are many candidates not lost in this chaotic situation? After all, it's a FIFA exam, not a VICTVS one. #exam #fifaexam #sportsbusiness #footballregulation #sportslaw #issue #footballlaw #football #footballnews #readinesscheck #footballbusiness #fifa #ffaronline #ffar #mockexam #mocktest #reportingchannel #form #reporting #channel #dialogue #linkedinsports #sportsbiz #goodluck #footballadvocate #soccer #sportslawyer #attorneyatlaw #agent #remote #onlineexam #fifaagent #data #application #fifaagentexam #accountable #assessment #technology #remoteexam #invigilationservices
