The tour, filled with many succesful meetings and productive conversations in China, concluded in Singapore, where we visited our clientโ€™s plant and held project meetings to round out the trip. It is precisely these kinds of trips that form the basis for successful joint business. An understanding of opportunities and needs is the key to moving from supplier to partner. Ferrotec sees its role not merely as a supplier, but as an analyst of its customersโ€™ needs and challenges, enabling it to offer the best solutions. This way, both sides benefit from a successful partnership that delivers not only technical innovations but also commercial value. Our tour concluded with a wonderful evening in Singapore and a lively gathering with drinks and live music. In addition to the travel group from the U.S. (Travis Ellison), China (Gene Kang), and Germany (William Klebusch and Sรถren Meyer, Gaetano Basile and our President, COO and Managing Director at Ferrotec Europe, Stephan Ballreich ), as well as Gary Kuek, joined us for the closing evening.
