At 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead capacity expansion initiatives—especially within processing of our haemostatic matrix, a gelatine-based paste used in surgical care. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 our Process Engineering & Validation team, where we work to ensure stable, compliant, and scalable processes across production. 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥: ⚙️ Take full technical ownership of filling equipment—from design to validation and handover 📦 Act as Work Package Owner for filling and mixing processes in capacity expansion projects 🧠 Drive technical decision-making and risk management, including pFMEA ownership ✅ Plan and execute qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) 🤝 Collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Process Support to ensure compliant and efficient processes 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐚 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 in shaping how we scale our production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
