Following the recent strengthening of our Advisory Board, we're proud to welcome two exceptional leaders to FMC as Senior Advisors. Richard “Dick” Thurston (杜東佑), former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of TSMC, and Joe Rauschmayer, former EVP of Worldwide Operations at Cypress Semiconductor. Dr. Richard L. Thurston brings decades of experience across international law, IP strategy and semiconductor ecosystems, having built TSMC's IP protection program and advised founder Dr. Morris Chang. Joe Rauschmayer adds more than 40 years of semiconductor experience in manufacturing, operations and high-volume production scale-up. Their appointments come at an important moment for FMC as we accelerate the commercialization of our DRAM+ and CACHE+ technologies and work to build a globally indispensable AI system memory company from Europe.
