Ferro DUO TEK introduces the Clay Calcining and Beneficiation System (CCBS). Clay Calcining and Beneficiation System (CCBS) converts raw and waste clay materials into high-performance supplementary cementitious materials for low-carbon cement applications, including LC3 and blended cement technologies. Our modular platform integrates drying, milling, classification, indirect calcination, cooling, heat recovery, dust collection, and controlled material handling to produce consistent, highly reactive calcined clay with targeted fineness. Designed for both mobile and permanent installations, CCBS supports cement producers in reducing clinker consumption, lowering CO₂ emissions, improving supply chain flexibility, and beneficiating low-value clay resources. Pilot systems are engineered for 5 tons per hour, while commercial installations are scalable to several hundred thousand tons per year per processing line. A practical pathway to sustainable cement and concrete production.
