Family-building experiences are incredibly diverse, yet male infertility and the experiences of non-birthing parents too often remain underrepresented or overlooked, particularly in the workplace. As we mark #MensHealthWeek, we’re bringing these stories into the spotlight. In the next episode of our #ProjectFamily podcast series, Michael Johnson-Ellis and Kevin Button speak candidly about the challenges many men face when navigating family-building journeys. They reflect on the emotional weight and unspoken expectations that can stop men from speaking openly and how workplace culture impacts mental wellbeing throughout a fertility journey. They also discuss what meaningful, inclusive support could look like in practice, from greater awareness and understanding to policies that recognise and support diverse paths to parenthood.
