On this International Day of Action for Women’s Health, we recognise that strengthening health systems to support women’s health is essential, not optional. This year’s theme reinforces that even amid ongoing global challenges, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice (SRHRJ) remain fundamental. Building strong health systems, advancing equitable access to care and essential services for women, and closing the gender health gap are all critical to achieving SRHRJ targets. Delivering on this requires sustained collaboration and collective action to ensure women’s health and rights remain a priority. As a Champion for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Coalition for Reproductive Justice in Business, Ferring is committed to advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in the workplace by supporting more inclusive, family‑friendly environments and highlighting the importance of investing in women’s health, both at work and beyond.
