This month marks 20 years with this incredible company, dsm-firmenich. Looking back, I’m grateful for the opportunities, challenges, partnerships, and experiences that have shaped both my professional and personal growth. It’s amazing how much can happen in two decades—and how every stage brings new lessons and perspectives. What makes this milestone special is not just reflecting on the journey, but looking ahead with the same curiosity, energy, and excitement to keep learning, contributing, and creating value. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey over the past 20 years — my managers, teammates, peers, clients, and all the internal partners and support functions who help make things happen every day.
