New Branch Managers and Department Heads from Italy and abroad came together at FERCAM Bolzano Headquarters for two full days of growth, exchange, and real conversation. Day one covered the bigger picture: presentations from HQ offices introduced the activities and operational procedures of key functions across the business, giving participants a clearer view of how the organization works as a whole. The afternoon was dedicated to leadership training. The evening brought everyone to the dinner table, where the best conversations often happen. Day two shifted the focus to the participants: each shared the results and goals of their own area, making space for honest reflection and peer learning.
