Reducing women to matcha, hot girl walks and Labubu’s is not how space is carved for us in sport. We are not “little sisters” of sports fans, we ARE sports fans. Othering does not create inclusivity, it just pushes us further away from making progress. At Females in Motorsports, we promote equality, inclusivity and intersectionality within the motorsport industry - and within sports as a whole.
