𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 Maysaa Munaf 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀! We are excited to announce that Maysaa has joined the Executive Board of Female Ventures leading 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵! A chemical engineer turned 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿, Maysaa brings 15+ years of experience driving large-scale change in B2B industries and Fortune 500 corporates. For 8 years, she served as Strategy & Transformation Director at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in post-merger integrations and transformations in the logistics sector. Now working as an independent strategy advisor, she leverages her expertise in 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁, with recent focus on youth education and empowerment. Alongside her advisory work, Maysaa is also a PCC-certified 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, thriving at the intersection of strategy and human potential.
