I recently completed the “Managing Change” seminar at Management School St. Gallen – a highly engaging and insightful experience. Thomas Breitling was an outstanding tutor, combining current frameworks with real-life examples from his rich consulting background. It was great to dive deeper into the mechanics of change – in a world where every year seems to bring one (or two…) disruptive surprises and organizations are constantly required to adapt.
