Leveled 🆙 in 2025 This past year, my EMEA Community Marketing team doubled in size, and my role has been entirely focused on enabling talented marketing leaders to grow Arc'teryx Equipment in our key European regions. A couple years back, I was absorbed in applying my vision and leading brand projects from A-to-Z, where as today I have the privilege of empowering my team to bring their own ideas to life. Those who’ve been through this career evolution will know it’s a compelling professional and personal challenge..! I’ve learned quite a bit from leaders around me at Arc, as well as by keeping an eye open for new (and older) literature, trends and ideas…This timeless quote by Francis Bacon continuously grounds me:  “Reading maketh a full man, conference a ready man; and writing an exact man,” ... For 2026, you can expect us to keep evolving the blueprint for Brand and Community Marketing within the outdoor space, and I’ll be sure to keep sharing my team’s projects and successes on this platform.
