🚢 Nguya FLNG is ready to sail! Today, at the Weihua Yard, we celebrated a historic milestone for the Congo LNG project: the sail-away of the Nguya Floating LNG unit, the key asset for Phase 2. I am extremely proud to lead this project and witness the commitment, expertise, and collaboration of hundreds of people that made this achievement possible. Thanks to this remarkable effort, we are now one step closer to our goal: starting up Phase 2 by the end of the year, and reaching an overall export capacity of 4.5 bcm/year. A heartfelt thank you to Minister Bruno Jean Richard ITOUA, whose presence at the ceremony honored us all and reaffirmed the strong partnership between the Republic of Congo and Eni. We also warmly thank our main contractor Wison New Energies for their outstanding performance and dedication throughout the design and construction of this cutting-edge FLNG facility.
