It is already one month that I started as Head of Fulfillment Europe at ICL Growing Solutions—entering a new industry, embracing an exciting challenge, and joining a talented team of professionals. Changing industries is never just a move, it’s a reset. New dynamics, new complexities, and a steep learning curve, all while striving to deliver impact from day one. What makes this journey especially motivating is the ambition behind it: elevating the supply chain organization to the next level. Not just refining processes but rethinking how the supply chain can truly drive performance, agility, and customer satisfaction. I’m grateful to Roy O. and Roy Pinchassi for their trust and the opportunity. It’s still early days, but the energy is high—and the path ahead looks even more promising.
