Felix Müller and I wrote about a collaborative community in southern Italy, in my home region of Campania, where rural social innovation is being reinterpreted in new ways through cultivating food and community. We examine how these processes are intertwined with the revaluation of work, profit and food, and of what a community deems valuable and precious.
