The Office of Translational Sciences (OTS) has published its 2025 annual report highlighting key accomplishments from the past year. OTS operates within the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The office advances FDA's mission through several core functions: • Conducting regulatory reviews and applied regulatory research • Facilitating scientific collaborations • Managing intramural and extramural research programs OTS works directly with government and non-government partners to develop methods, tools, and standards that streamline drug development. OTS also collaborates with other CDER offices to connect with external researchers, fostering innovation in drug development, manufacturing, and safe use.
