Day 12 — Let's recap. 📚 12 days in and the dots are really starting to connect.Before I move forward, I want to look back at everything this journey has unpacked so far. Here's a snapshot of the key concepts from the first 11 days: What is Product Management?: Striking the right balance between business goals, user needs, and technology — guiding a product from idea → development → launch → growth. The Core Purpose : Solving real user problems, aligning business and user needs, and always prioritizing what matters most. The Two Lifecycles : The Product Management Lifecycle is the big picture strategy. The Product Development Lifecycle is the hands-on execution. One is the vision, the other is the vehicle. The Many Hats of a PM : Visionary. Strategist. Customer Advocate. Communicator. Analyst. Prioritiser. Problem Solver. Often all at once. The Power of the Team : A PM doesn't build the product alone — they bring engineers, designers, QA specialists, marketers, and data analysts together around a shared goal. The Why, The What, The How : The why — solving real problems. The what — discovery, strategy, planning, execution, launch, monitor, iterate. The how — Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or DevOps, depending on the situation. 12 days down. 18 more to go.
