"You don't need to be perfect to start. You just need to start." That one line from Adil M., Founder of Hatzs Dimensions , hit differently in a room full of students who've been told to master everything before they begin. As part of our Entrepreneurship course under Dr. Hina Saleem, my team and I organized a guest speaker session and I had the privilege of leading this project as Group Head, alongside my amazing teammates Aqsa Imran and Ayesha Bukhari. We invited someone who didn't just talk theory , he brought receipts. Adil M. walked us through the real, unfiltered journey of building Hatzs Dimensions the challenges nobody posts about, the decisions that kept him up at night, and how he positioned his company to deliver SaaS and Digital Marketing services to the US market from Pakistan. A few things that stuck with me: → Breaking into international markets isn't about being the biggest it's about being specific and credible. → He built real client relationships in the USA while most people were still doubting if it was possible from here. → He opened doors for students as interns at the beginning of their journey not after they had polished CVs. → And my personal favorite "$20 on a Claude subscription beats $20 on a fancy coffee." Invest in tools that multiply your output, not aesthetics that last 20 minutes ☕ That last point? A whole mindset shift in one sentence. The biggest barriers for us as students aren't always skills or resources sometimes it's just the choices we aren't making. Grateful to have led a project that turned a classroom requirement into a genuinely valuable experience. Thank you Adil M. for your time, honesty, and for showing us what's actually possible from Pakistan. 🙏 Thank you Dr. Hina Saleem for creating space for learning that goes beyond textbooks. #Entrepreneurship #GuestSpeaker #HatzDimensions #DigitalMarketing #SaaS #Leadership #UniversityOfThePunjab #PakistaniEntrepreneurs #StudentLife #DigitalMarketing #SessionOrganizer
