My Week 2 Product 101 case 🎯 Product: Getir · Instant grocery / q-commerce (on-demand delivery) Key insight: Validate the riskiest belief before building: the single-item urgent run is a frequent job blocked by minimum-basket + delivery-fee economics — and the pain is perceived unfairness on small orders, not the threshold value itself. Start from falsifiable assumptions, not a solution. My take: Run mixed-method discovery — 6–8 behavioral, non-leading interviews per segment + AI-themed review mining ("minimum sepet", "tek ürün için teslimat ücreti", "vazgeçtim markete gittim"), triangulated with below-minimum abandonment, threshold-bunching, and single-item-user order frequency.
