🇹🇷 Bir yüklemeyi daha başarıyla tamamladık. 📦 Ama bu kez benim için yüklemenin kendisinden çok, süreç içerisinde duyduğum bir cümle aklımda kaldı. İhracatta herkes ürün konuşuyor… Fiyat konuşuyor… Termin konuşuyor… Fakat çoğu zaman işin en değerli kısmı görünmeyen tarafta saklı oluyor: Güven.🤝 Yükleme haftasında birlikte çalıştığım buyer izinliydi ve süreci ekip arkadaşıyla devam ettirdik. Her zamanki gibi tüm adımları confirmation alarak, düzenli iletişimle ve şeffaf şekilde ilerlettik. Sonrasında ekip arkadaşının bana söylediği şu cümle, açıkçası bütün yorgunluğa değdi: "Arkadaşım, bana zaten çok güvenilir olduğunuzu söyledi ve bence yöntemlerinize güvenebiliriz." Bazı cümleler insanın motivasyonunu gerçekten artırıyor. 😊 Çünkü bizim için mesele sadece bir ürünü üretip göndermek değil; insanların süreç içerisinde kendini güvende hissetmesini sağlamak. Bir tır yüklenir, ürün teslim edilir, sezon biter… Ama güven oluştuğunda iş birliği uzun yıllar devam eder. 🌍 Bugün paylaştığım bu yükleme fotoğraflarının arkasında tam olarak böyle bir hikâye var. 📸🚚 🇬🇧 Another shipment completed successfully. 🚛📦 But this time, more than the shipment itself, one sentence stayed in my mind throughout the process. In export business, everyone talks about products… Prices… Lead times… But sometimes the most valuable part of the business is the invisible one: ,Trust. 🤝 During the shipment week, the buyer I usually work with was on leave, so we continued the process together with her colleague. As always, we managed every step with confirmations, transparent communication, and careful follow-up. Then her colleague said something that honestly made all the effort worth it: “She told me already that you are very reliable, and I think we can trust your process.” Some sentences truly motivate you. 😊 Because for us, it has never been only about producing and shipping products; it has always been about making people feel confident throughout the entire process. A truck gets loaded, goods get delivered, seasons end… But once trust is built, partnerships can continue for many years. 🌍 And behind the shipment photos I’m sharing today, there is exactly this kind of story. 📸🚚
