Big milestone for Fastned's Operations & Construction teams! π We recently went live with ServiceNow's Enterprise Asset Management and Field Service Management modules and it's already changing how we work. Our teams now run on a single platform to track charging stations and installed assets, manage charger and spare parts inventory, and coordinate field operations end-to-end. Here's what we built: β‘ A scalable foundation: built to grow as our network expands and new teams come on board. π Integrated workflows via Workato to connect ServiceNow with our core business systems, automating work across teams and breaking down silos. πΊοΈ Optimised field operations: jobs are now scheduled and routed based on travel distance, workload and SLAs. None of this would have been possible without our implementation partner, Digital Clarity, who guided us along the way.Β Also, a special shout-out to Lorenzo, our Sr. Project Manager, for making this project happen. π And this is just the beginning. Phase 2 is already underway. PS.: ServiceNow showed up with a cake shaped like a Fastned station. Best go-live gift ever!Β π
