Nutrition policy is front and center. With new Dietary Guidelines and the proposed front-of-pack labeling, execution is getting a lot more complicated.  Teams have to translate guidance into specs, nutrient calculations, thresholds, artwork, and inventory changeovers. And it doesn’t land in one department. R&D, Ops, QA, Marketing are all involved. There's a lot of good debate going on, but the result is that the work is bound to get harder.
