Our Reconciliation Implementation Committee has released the Fasken Reconciliation: 2025 Update ahead of National Indigenous Peoples Day on Sunday, June 21. The update reflects the work taking place across the Firm to continue advancing our commitments to reconciliation. It shares examples of the learning, initiatives, and actions that have helped deepen awareness, strengthen relationships, and support more intentional engagement with Indigenous histories, communities, and experiences. Reconciliation is ongoing work. We remain committed to learning with humility, reflecting honestly, and taking meaningful steps that move our commitments into practice.
