Head of Company Services & Corporate Governance Dubai | International Law Firm Farrow & Farrow is currently instructed on an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate services and corporate governance professional to join a leading international law firm in Dubai. This senior, client-facing role will focus on delivering corporate services solutions to a broad range of clients, while supporting the continued growth and development of an established practice. Key responsibilities include: • Advising on and managing company formations, restructurings and corporate governance matters across the UAE • Overseeing corporate actions, regulatory filings and compliance-related processes • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities • Supporting the delivery of high-quality corporate services solutions across a diverse client base • Contributing to business development initiatives and practice growth • Mentoring junior team members and maintaining exceptional service standards The successful candidate will possess: • Strong UAE corporate services and governance experience • Previous experience within a law firm, professional services or advisory environment • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills • A commercial and solutions-focused approach • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment For a confidential discussion, please contact [email protected].
