On Tuesday, we were delighted to welcome Lancashire Business View to our Padiham office to host a Women in Business roundtable discussion. The conversation built on Lancashire Business View’s latest Women in Business feature, which highlights that just 21% of directors across Lancashire’s top 100 SMEs are women, a powerful reminder that there is still important work to be done. Bringing together women from across the county, the roundtable explored lived experiences, barriers to progression and practical steps towards driving greater gender balance in leadership.
