بدأت دراستي في (Happiness Studies Academy) عام 2020 في ذروة جائحة كورونا، ولم أعلم أن الطريق سيأخذ كل هذا الوقت. امتدت الرحلة عبر سنوات من التغيير، تنقّلت خلالها بين وظائف مختلفة، وواجهت تحديات صحية، وحاولت الموازنة بين العمل والحياة. لكنني لم أستسلم. واليوم، أفخر بإتمامي هذه الرحلة وحصولي على شهادة دراسات السعادة (CiHS) لأحصل على شهادة مدرب معتمد في السعادة. رحلة علمتني أن السعادة علم وفن في الوقت نفسه، وممارسة تلهمنا للتغيير نحو الأفضل 💛 تُعد أكاديمية دراسات السعادة (HSA) مؤسسة تعليمية عالمية تجمع بين أحدث الأبحاث في علم النفس، والفلسفة، والأحياء، والتعليم لتقديم علم وممارسة السعادة. ويُعد برنامجها شهادة دراسات السعادة (CiHS) معتمدًا دوليًا ضمن اعتماد التعليم المستمر (CCE) من الاتحاد الدولي للمدربين (ICF). When I started studying with the Happiness Studies Academy (HSA) in 2020 — at the height of the pandemic — I didn’t know the path ahead would take this long. The journey stretched over years of change: shifting roles, facing health challenges, and balancing work and life. But I never gave up. Today, I’m deeply proud to have completed this journey and earned the Certificate in Happiness Studies (CiHS) — becoming a Certified Happiness Trainer. Every step on this journey reminded me that happiness is both a science and an art — a practice that can shape lives and inspire change The Happiness Studies Academy is a global educational institution that integrates the latest research from psychology, philosophy, biology, and education to teach the science and practice of happiness.
