FSA launches a 2030 Strategic Plan, with re-appointment of its Managing Director Marking the launch of its 2030 Strategic Plan, today Family Services Australia (FSA) announced the contract extension of its long-standing Managing Director and Company Secretary, Gary Jackson on 8+5year terms. This extends Gary’s existing tenure in its 10th year, as FSA’s longest standing Executive Director over its 35year charitable history. In making its latest community service announcement, FSA’s Chairperson Mr Tim Whiting said, “Gary joined us with a clear vision for social impact, integrated care, and continuity of support for every family. Over the past decade, his leadership has helped grow FSA from two sites to more than 180,000 occasions of service across 35 locations, while maintaining Client Satisfaction (CSAT) above 90%. This foundation positions FSA strongly as we move toward our 2030 goal of exceeding 200,000 occasions of service and continuing to deliver innovative, multidisciplinary care”. Mr Whiting added, “Gary’s leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping the values‑driven, research‑informed culture that defines FSA today. Together with our dedicated staff and leadership teams, he has helped build a high‑performing organisation with Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) consistently above 85% and nationally recognised innovative practice. The Board is confident that his continued stewardship will support the successful delivery of our 2030 Strategic Plan.” Upon executing the Managing Director and Company Secretary appointment, FSA is acknowledging Gary’s successful 34year national, international directorship and community service career.
