In many lines, the additional effort does not come from the machine itself, but from here: → the coordination between folding carton and leaflet What this means in practice: a separate feeder system for the leaflet an additional set-up step during format changes a second component that needs to be procured, inspected and supplied separately 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻: the folding carton and leaflet arrive as one pre-assembled, verified unit. What this removes from the operation: no separate feeder for the package leaflet no second material flow one complete set-up step eliminated 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: → less coordination between two components → reduced inspection and logistics effort (one delivery, one goods-in check)
