Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work! 🌍💫 We proudly support this year’s theme, which focuses on how psychosocial factors can affect workers’ safety, health and performance. Living our commitment to care, means we protect our employees. Two safety initiatives focus on our employee’s psychosocial well-being. The first initiative is a Mental Health campaign in Colombia. They offer guided sessions for colleagues who are on the front line, caring for others every day. Psychologists and psychotherapists use simple tools to help our colleagues manage stress, reflect on difficult situations, and help them move past the experience. The second initiative, in Germany, is a programme about Psychosocial Emergency Care. Here, trained “Peers” support colleagues after critical incidents, making it easier to ask for help, increase understanding, and identify if there are any unresolved reactions to the situation. Together, these initiatives create a safer, healthier, and more supportive environment for our teams, enabling them to deliver the best care to our customers 🤝 #WorldDayForSafetyandHealthatWork #WeTurnCareIntoAction
