Cross-border collaboration in action 🚑🫶 We love seeing our teams connect and learn from each other across countries. Recently, two of our paramedic trainees from the Falck station in Leipzig, Germany, gained valuable insights into the Danish emergency medical services through an EU-funded Erasmus programme exchange. Stationed with our colleagues at the Falck station in Gladsaxe, Denmark, they were fully integrated into daily operations, joining emergency calls and experiencing the Danish EMS system firsthand. The exchange focused on sharing professional knowledge, working together as a team, and comparing different structures, processes, and training methods 👏 One of Falck's greatest strengths is our international footprint, which allows us to organise these exchanges, learn from best practice, and strengthen the personal and professional growth of our next generation of talent ❤️🌱 #WeTurnCareIntoAction #BringCareIntoYourCareer
