📣 Youth & Democracy Forum | 18 June 2026 | University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” How can young people from Shkodra help shape the future of democracy, civic participation, EU enlargement and digital governance? On 18 June, the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” will host the Youth & Democracy Forum, organized in the framework of ENGAGEUROPE – Mobilizing Citizens for the Future of European Democracy through Data-driven Advocacy, Engagement, and Mobility. The forum will bring together young people, students, student council representatives, local youth councils, civil society actors, academia and experts to discuss the role of youth in Europe’s democratic future. During the forum, participants will take part in interactive youth working groups focused on: 🔴 Civic Participation 🔵 EU Enlargement 🟢 Digital Governance This will not be just a discussion.
