Last week, some of us at Fairphone packed our bags and headed to Campus, an incredible retail event hosted every year by Elkjøp Nordic AS. We spent a fantastic few days connecting with retail store employees from all over the Nordic region, and honestly, the vibes were fair-ly excellent! For us, getting to meet with retail teams face-to-face isn't just a highlight; it’s an honor. After all, these wonderful people are the ones who personally help customers discover that a fairer, more sustainable way to do tech is actually possible, ultimately bringing more people to the Fairphone community and scaling our impact. We had a blast running product training sessions, answering questions, and deep diving into what makes our tech unique. We discussed everything Fairphone, from iFixit's 10/10 repairability score for our products since the Fairphone 2, to the backwards-compatible modular design of the new Fairbuds XL. And from the response we saw, we're quite sure everyone walked away truly inspired by what we're doing. That's huge for us, because when we empower the teams on the shop floor, we're helping change the industry from the ground up.
