Lucinda Verster successfully represented Cape Gate in an important review before the Competition Appeal Court. The matter arose from a long-running competition complaint in which the Competition Tribunal delivered its decision more than six years after the hearing had concluded. The Competition Appeal Court upheld the review, set the decision aside and remitted the matter to a differently constituted panel.
